Ways You Can Donate

If you would like to support our work, there are a number of ways you can donate:

Donate Online

As a UK charity, Gift Aid allows Leeway to claim back the basic rate tax already paid on donations by the donor. This means that, on your behalf, we can claim back from the government 25p for every £1 donated.

Donate by Post

Monetary donations can be made payable to 'Leeway' and sent to:

PO Box Leeway City Hall

Wills & Legacies

No matter how large or small the amount, we are always grateful to those who leave Leeway a donation in their will. Your generosity goes a long way towards helping us to continue delivering the services that people experiencing domestic abuse need. If you would like to leave a donation to Leeway in your will, please contact us for more information.

Go Raise

You can now support Leeway while shopping online. Use the Go Raise platform to select your favourite cause, follow links to 2,500 top retailers, shop as normal and know that the retailer is making a donation with every purchase.

iStreet helps UK charities and good causes to raise money through the power of online shopping. When you shop online, Leeway receives a small percentage from every purchase you make – at no additional cost to yourself.

Stamps & Foreign Coins

We’re raising money by collecting stamps and leftover foreign currency – we’re looking for used stamps and any notes and coins you’ve got left from your holiday. Please get in touch to organise donating these items to us.

Non-Financial Donations

In addition to monetary donations, we also gratefully welcome non-financial donations – details of which can be found below. If you would like to make a donation of this kind, please contact us using the form at the bottom of this page.

Seasonal Donations

Seasonal Donations

Leaving your home can be difficult with very few or even no possessions. Where possible we try to bring a sense of normality to the lives of people living in our safe houses – particularly at Christmas and Easter. Please help us bring some happiness to the women and children by supporting our seasonal donation campaigns.
